What are the settlement and tax invoices?

MISpay provides two types of invoices:
Settlement Invoices: Used for financial reconciliation. They include a breakdown of all completed, canceled, and refunded transactions, with MISpay fees and VAT applied. You’ll also see the net settlement amount due to your business.
Tax Invoices: These are stored for compliance with ZATCA (Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority) and reflect the VAT already deducted from your settlements — no further action or payment is needed.
To access your invoices, simply log into your Partner Portal. Need help? Reach out to us via the chat icon on our website or through your account dashboard.

When will I receive my settlement amount?

The timing of your settlement depends on the model you’ve selected with MISpay. We currently offer two options:
Flexible Settlement Model:
You’ll receive your payment once your total settlement (after MISpay fees) exceeds SAR 2,500. If it doesn’t, the amount is carried over to the next cycle — this helps reduce bank transfer fees. This is the default option.
Fixed Settlement Model:
You’ll receive payments on a weekly basis, even if the amount is below SAR 2,500. However, a SAR 25 fee applies if the threshold isn’t reached.
To make sure your payments are processed smoothly, don’t forget to mark your shipped orders as “Fully Captured” through the MISpay Partner Portal.
You can view or switch your settlement model anytime by:
Logging in to your Partner Portal
Clicking on “Settlement Dashboard” under Billing
Reviewing your current cycle and available settlement
Clicking “Change” to update your model based on what suits your business

Why haven’t I received my payment?

MISpay processes payments based on your settlement model — either weekly or as agreed in your contract. If it’s been more than a week and you haven’t received your payment, here are a few possible reasons:
Negative balance from refunds: Refunds may have offset your settlement amount, resulting in a negative balance.
No captured orders: If no orders were marked as “Captured” during the cycle, no payment would be issued.
Orders captured after cutoff: Orders captured after the settlement date will be included in the next cycle.
How to check your settlement details:
Log in to your Partner Portal
Go to “Billings” > “Settlement Info”
You’ll see your available balance, including any negative amounts from refunds
