Can any store become a MISpay partner, or do you have criteria to determine if a store is eligible to offer your payment solutions?
We love welcoming new stores to MISpay, but we do have certain standards to keep the experience smooth for everyone.
Before partnering, we review things like product quality, customer service, and how well the store aligns with MISpay’s guidelines.
Our goal is to make sure every purchase through MISpay feels safe, simple, and reliable.
What is my store’s MISpay limit?
Your store limit is based on your agreement with MISpay and can be adjusted as your store grows. To check or request a limit increase, reach out to your Partner Success Manager.
I can’t find my contract email — what should I do?
No worries! If you can’t find your contract email, try these quick steps:
Check your registered email: Make sure you’re looking in the same email you used to register with MISpay.
Review your spam/junk folder: Sometimes, the email might land there by mistake.
Search using keywords: Try searching for the word “Juro” — our contracts are sent through that platform.
Still can’t find it? Our team is ready to help. Just click the chat icon at the bottom right of the Partner Portal (whether you’re logged in or not).
We’ll make sure you receive your contract promptly.
What documents do I need to partner with MISpay?
To register your store with MISpay, please make sure to prepare and submit the following documents: Commercial Registration (CR), Trade License, or Freelance Certificate
ID or Passport of the authorized signatory
IBAN Certificate (issued and stamped by your bank), OR bank details printed on your company’s letterhead with a company stamp
VAT Certificate (if applicable)
Important note: For certain industries, a Commercial Registration is mandatory. Freelance certificates are not accepted if you sell:
Tobacco or vape products (must also include VAT certificate)
Meat, livestock, or food & beverage products
Medical or cosmetic products
Alarm or surveillance systems
Pets or animal-related goods
Jewelry or accessories with gold, silver, or gemstones
Agricultural pesticides
Educational institutions (private schools, training centers, etc.)
Tips for submission: Ensure documents are clear, valid for at least 30 days
IBAN certificate must be stamped
Beneficiary name must match CR or Freelance certificate
All required fields must be visible

Why was my store application rejected?
We’re sorry to hear that your store didn’t meet the requirements to onboard with MISpay. Store applications may be declined for a few reasons, including:
Business activity mismatch: Your store’s industry may not align with MISpay’s supported categories or policies.
Location restrictions: MISpay currently supports businesses operating in specific regions only.
