I’m facing an issue with my order

Here’s what could happen next:
If the store accepts your claim: We’ll update your order status, and if a refund is involved, it’ll be processed shortly after.
If the store rejects the claim: They’ll explain the reason and provide their evidence. In this case, the order and your payment plan will remain as is.

I want to cancel my order claim
No problem — if you’ve changed your mind or the issue got resolved, you can cancel your claim easily through MISpay app. Here’s how:
Log in to your MISpay account.
Go to My Purchases.
Select the order related to your claim.
Scroll down to view the submitted claim.
Tap on the claim and choose Cancel Dispute.
Confirm your cancellation — and that’s it!
How do I raise a claim for an issue with my order?
Raising a claim with MISpay is simple and takes just a few steps. If you weren’t able to resolve the issue with the store, you can submit a claim directly through your MISpay account:
Log in to your MISpay account.
Go to My Purchases.
Select the order you need help with.
Scroll down and tap Need Help.
Choose the issue you’re facing.
Fill in the details and attach any supporting documents — like photos, receipts, or messages with the store.
Hit Submit, and we’ll take it from there!
Our team will review your request and keep you updated throughout the process.
How do I track a claim?
Tracking your claim is quick and easy through the MISpay app. Just follow these steps:
Log in to your MISpay account.
Go to My Purchases.
Find the order you submitted a claim for.
Tap View Details next to the order.
You’ll see your claim status listed under Claims.
