How many payment options does MISpay offer?

MISpay offers you multiple ways to pay — so you can choose what works best for you:

Split in up to 6 payments: Pay over time with flexible installment plans, depending on the store and your MISpay usage.

Pay in Full: Prefer to pay everything at once? Go ahead — and enjoy secure checkout, cashback rewards.

Every option is fully Sharia-compliant, with no interest and no late fees — just simple, transparent payments.

What are processing fees?

With MISpay, there are no processing fees — ever. We believe in simple, transparent payments with no hidden costs. Whether you’re paying now or splitting over time, the amount you see is exactly what you pay. No surprises, no extra charges — just easy, worry-free payments.

Can I move my payments to next month?

At the moment, MISpay doesn’t offer the option to postpone payments to the next month. All payments follow the schedule you see when you confirm your order. We’re always exploring new features to make your experience even better — and if anything changes, we’ll let you know right away.

Why does MISpay ask for my card information at checkout?

We ask for your card information at checkout to complete your order securely and set up your payment plan — whether you’re paying in full or in installments. This helps us verify your identity, protect your transaction, and ensure a smooth payment experience.

Don’t worry — your card won’t be charged unless the order goes through. And of course, all your information is handled with the highest standards of security and encryption.

How much can I shop?

Your spending limit is different from one customer to another.
It’s based on a few things, like:
• How long you’ve been using MISpay.
• How consistent you are with paying on time.
• How many payments you still have left.

The better your history with us, the more likely you are to get a higher spending limit.

Does MIS Pay check my credit score?

Yes.
We use SIMAH for initial credit check.
This helps us offer you a spending limit that fits your financial profile and protects you from taking on more than you can handle.
And don’t worry — sharing data with SIMAH is a standard requirement for all companies offering financial services, based on the Saudi Central Bank’s regulations.

How do I see what I need to pay back?

You will get repayment information:
• When you press the “Payment” button in the app.
• You’ll also receive repayment notifications via SMS one day before the due date of each payment.

My order was cancelled, why did I receive an invoice?

The store is responsible for updating the order for returns and cancellations.
Once the order is updated, it will be reflected in your MIS Pay account automatically.

If you are charged for a cancelled/returned order, it’s likely because the store has not updated your order yet. The expected update time is usually within 24 hours.
