When will I receive my refund?
The refund time depends on your payment method and bank policy. Refunds to cards usually take 2 to 5 business days, while wallet refunds are typically faster.
You can track your refund anytime under “Refund Status” in the MISpay app.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Order cancellations depend on the store’s cancellation policy. We recommend reaching out to the store directly as soon as possible to request the cancellation. If the store approves, they will update the order status, and MISpay will automatically update your payment plan accordingly.
