When will my cashback appear in my wallet?
After your transaction is successfully completed, the cashback will be credited to your MISpay Wallet within up to 5 business days. The balance will appear directly in your wallet inside the app.
Can I withdraw my wallet balance?
The MISpay Wallet is designed for use within the app only. Wallet balance cannot be withdrawn or converted into cash.
How does the wallet balance work?
When you have available balance in your wallet, it can be applied as an instant discount on your next eligible MISpay purchase, provided the “Use Wallet Balance” option is activated.

What is the validity of earned wallet balance?
Wallet balance is valid for 90 days from the date it becomes available. If not used within this period, it will be automatically forfeited.
